Partner Terms & Conditions

Partners (creators, bloggers, media sites and independent travel consultants) refer travellers to cybertouronline.com using a personal promo code and/or tracked link (…/?ref=CODE).

The traveller books and pays Cyber Tour Phuket Co., Ltd. directly on the public site. Partners never hold allotments, collect payments or issue vouchers — every booking is confirmed, invoiced and operated by us as the TAT-licensed operator.

Attribution: a booking is credited to the partner whose code is applied at checkout (manually or via the share link). One code per booking; the guest's own discount is deducted before commission is calculated.

Standard rate: 5% of the paid booking total (after the guest discount, excluding any payment-gateway fees), with a 5% discount for the partner's audience. Rates are agreed per partner and shown in the partner dashboard; higher commission with a lower guest discount is possible for media / lead-generation partners.

Tier bonuses (automatic, on cumulative paid sales): Rising Creator ≥ ฿50,000 → +1 pt · Pro Creator ≥ ฿200,000 → +2 pts.

Commission is earned only on bookings that are fully paid and have travelled. Cancelled, refunded, no-show or charged-back bookings earn no commission; if a payout was already made, the amount is offset against the next payout.

Payable status: a commission becomes payable on the day after the guest's travel date.

Schedule: payouts run in the first 5 working days of each month for all commissions that became payable in the previous month. Minimum payout ฿1,000 (smaller balances roll over).

Method: bank transfer in Thai Baht to a Thai bank account, or international transfer / Wise to a foreign account (transfer fees for international payouts are deducted from the payout). A payout statement listing every booking is available in the dashboard.

Partners are responsible for their own taxes. Thai-resident partners may be subject to 3% withholding tax under Thai law; a withholding-tax certificate is issued on request.

The partner dashboard (/influencer/dashboard) shows link clicks, bookings, paid sales and commission by status (pending → earned → payable → paid) in real time.

Attribution is based on the code applied at checkout. Cookies/last-click rules are not used; this keeps attribution transparent and immune to ad-blockers.

Approved partners may use the photos, facts and captions provided in the Creator Content Kit for promoting Cyber Tour Phuket products. Assets remain our property (or licensed to us) and may not be sold, sub-licensed or used for other operators.

Partners must describe trips accurately (prices, inclusions, durations as published on the product page), disclose the partnership (#ad / реклама) as required by their platform and local law, and must not bid on our brand name in paid search or post codes on coupon aggregator sites.

We may feature partner posts on our product pages (“Seen by creators”) when the partner submits or approves them; the partner may withdraw a post at any time.

All tours operate under Thai tour-operator liability insurance; marine programmes use boats with the mandatory passenger accident insurance and life-jackets for every guest. Full details are on the Insurance & Safety page.

Each product page states its own cancellation terms; the standard policy is: free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, 50% within 24–48 hours, no refund within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Weather / sea-safety cancellations by the operator or marine authorities are fully refundable or re-bookable free of charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Partner commission follows the booking: a refunded booking earns no commission.

Either party may end the partnership at any time by email; payable commissions earned before termination are still paid on the next payout run. We may pause a code immediately for misuse (misleading claims, coupon-site posting, brand bidding).

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email and on this page; continued use of the code constitutes acceptance.
