What protects you on a Cyber Tour Phuket programme — and what we recommend you arrange yourself. Share this page with your travellers or partners.
Licensed tour operator
Cyber Tour Phuket Co., Ltd. holds Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) licence No. 34/2335 and has operated in Phuket since 1991. Guides are TAT-licensed and drivers hold public-transport licences.
Tour-operator liability insurance
Every guest on a Cyber Tour programme is covered by the operator's tour-business liability insurance required under Thai tourism law (accident cover for death, disability and medical expenses during the programme).
Marine programmes
Speedboats and big boats hold current Marine Department registration, mandatory passenger accident insurance and life-jackets for every guest and crew member. Captains follow the daily Marine Department sea-condition notices.
Transfers & land tours
Vehicles carry compulsory motor insurance plus commercial passenger insurance; every vehicle is inspected annually and sanitised between transfers. Child seats are available on request for private transfers.
Weather & sea-safety cancellations
If the Marine Department or our captain cancels a departure for safety, you receive a full refund or free re-booking — no questions asked. Rain alone does not cancel a tour; sea state and wind do.
Medical & emergency support
Guides carry first-aid kits; boats carry oxygen and first-aid. Phuket has international hospitals (Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Siriroj) within 30–60 minutes of all pickup zones.
What our cover does not replace
Operator insurance covers incidents during the programme only. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance for medical evacuation, trip interruption and lost belongings — especially for diving, ATV and sea-kayak activities.
Fitness & restrictions
Pregnant guests, guests with back/heart conditions and children under 2 are not accepted on speedboat programmes; ATV riders must be 16+. Restrictions are listed on each product page — ask us if unsure.
