- Our YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be the YONA beach Club’s responsibility.
- Children are permitted to use the pool under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times. Yona Beach Club is not responsible for any incidents or
accidents that may occur.
- People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the
excursion.
- Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
- Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Pets are not allowed on board.

Prohibited Substances Policy:
The possession and use of illegal drugs and prohibited substances, including but not limited to Category 5 medications, are strictly forbidden onboard. Guests found in possession of any of the following substances during check-in will be denied entry: Pregabalin (Lyrica), Flunitrazepam (Rohypnol), Tramadol (Ultram), Esomeprazole (Nexium), Bromazepam (Lexomil), Alprazolam (Xanax), Diazepam (Valium)
Please note: This rule applies to the entire group reservation, not just the individual found in possession of the prohibited substance.
Violation of this policy will result in:
-Immediate denial of entry
-Blacklisting from future visits
-No refund under any circumstances
By proceeding with the reservation, the agency and its guests acknowledge and agree to accomply with this policy.
