- Our YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be the YONA beach Club’s responsibility.
- Children are permitted to use the pool under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times. Yona Beach Club is not responsible for any incidents or
accidents that may occur.
- People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the
excursion.
- Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
- Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Pets are not allowed on board.

Prohibited Substances Policy:
The possession and use of illegal drugs and prohibited substances, including but not limited to Category 5 medications, are strictly forbidden onboard. Guests found in possession of any of the following substances during check-in will be denied entry: Pregabalin (Lyrica), Flunitrazepam (Rohypnol), Tramadol (Ultram), Esomeprazole (Nexium), Bromazepam (Lexomil), Alprazolam (Xanax), Diazepam (Valium)
Please note: This rule applies to the entire group reservation, not just the individual found in possession of the prohibited substance.
Violation of this policy will result in:
-Immediate denial of entry
-Blacklisting from future visits
-No refund under any circumstances
By proceeding with the reservation, the agency and its guests acknowledge and agree to accomply with this policy.

The pass fee converts entirely into food and beverage credit to spend at YONA. You are not paying a separate entry fee — your money goes directly toward what you eat and drink at the venue.

2Can I arrive in the afternoon and still get good value from the pass?+

Yes. Last check-in is 17:00 and the venue stays open until 21:30, giving you up to 4.5 hours. Arriving between 14:00 and 16:00 gives you a solid half-day with plenty of time to eat, drink, and relax.

3Is transport to YONA included with this pass?+

No. This is a no-transfer pass. You need to arrange your own transport to and from YONA beach club. We recommend booking a private taxi or using a ride-hailing app from your hotel.

4Is the pass suitable for children?+

YONA is a beach club with a strong food and drink focus and a social atmosphere. It is generally more suited to adults. Check directly with YONA regarding any minimum age requirements before booking with children.
