Japanese / Onsen Zone - Lavender milk, Yuzu Onsen + Hot Pool, Jacuzzi, Ice Bath : Inspired by the peaceful onsen culture of Japan, this area offers a thermal bathing experience designed to balance body and mind.

Mixed Sauna - 2 Cedar rooms : Our tow-room sauna offers a calming space to detox, improve circulation, and support overall wellbeing.

Rain Cave - Misty Grotto with Waterfall : A cool mist-filled space with a gently echoing waterfall. Step in after heat therapy to cool down and reset. A favourite amoung guests for its sensory effect and natural soundscape.

Trip Remarks

1.) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being marked as "used" and forfeited.
2.) Non-Combinable: This voucher represents a special promotional rate and cannot be used in conjunction with any other in-house discounts, promotions, or special offers.
3.) Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other services. In the exceptional event that a refund is approved at management's discretion, a processing fee will be deducted, and the refund will be re-issued minus this fee.
4.) Transport Booking Deadline: Transport tickets for the following day must be booked by 8pm the day before. Bookings made after this time cannot be confirmed and will be invalid.

5What happens if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather?+

Mantra Forest Spa operates in most weather conditions as pools are set in a sheltered forest. If we cancel due to severe weather, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
