1What activities are included in the 3-hour elephant care program?+

You get tie-dye cloth making, Thai herbal tea, vitamin preparation for elephants, close-up feeding, elephant trekking, mud spa, pool bathing, and a Thai buffet lunch. Transfer is not included.

2Is transfer to the elephant camp included in the price?+

No, transfer is not included. You need to arrange your own transport to and from the camp. We recommend booking a private taxi or rental car in advance.

3Is this activity suitable for young children?+

Yes, children can join and interact with elephants up close. Activities like feeding and bathing are family-friendly. Supervise young kids near the elephants and pool at all times.

4What should I wear and bring on the day?+

Wear clothes you do not mind getting muddy and wet. Bring a change of clothes, water shoes or sandals, sunscreen, and a small bag. The camp provides some equipment for activities.

5What happens if it rains? Can I cancel or reschedule?+

The program runs in light rain as activities are partly outdoors and water-based. For heavy weather cancellations, contact us at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule without a penalty fee.
