Trip Remarks

1. Ticket restrictions / Swimmer’s qualification
1.1 ID or passport is needed to show before book swimming with dolphin.
1.2 Swimmers must be at least exactly 6 years of age or older.
1.3 Child aged between 4 years old and less than 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent with an additional
ticket on full amount charge.
1.4 Child under 4 years old is not allowed to swim with dolphins.
Point 1.2, 1.3 & 1.4 the age will be verified based on the date of birth, if customer does not meet the specified
requirements, or if we found that the information provided from customer have been concealed, we will cancel
the booking with no refund
1.5 Swimming duration is about 8 - 10 minutes maximum including of an introduction to dolphin on stage.
1.6 Customers must present themselves and their passport to register and collect tickets at the ticket window at
least 30 minutes before the swimming session starts (before 11:20, 14:20, and 17:20). If customers show up late and
miss the swimming session, no refund will be issued
1.7 Ticket is non-refundable, cannot be changed or transferred to another person.
1.8 Cancellation and amendment must notify Dolphins Bay Phuket by written at least one (1) day before the
swimming date (before 18.00 Thailand time).
2. Following people cannot swim with the Dolphins
2.1 People who have obvious contagious diseases such as skin lesions.
2.2 People who have eye, ear, nose, or throat infection.
2.3 People with disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, autism, developmental delay, and cerebral palsy.
2.4 People who are intoxicated.
Notes: People below need to inform dolphins bay Phuket before book swimming with dolphin;
- Pregnant women.
- People who have recently undergone medical procedures related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
- People with injuries to the back, hands, feet, shoulders, knees, or neck.
3. Rules & Regulations
3.1 Customer must bring their own swimming suit.
3.2 Before swimming with a dolphin, customers should fill in and sign an insurance form and need to take a shower
before swimming.
3.3 Please inform staff if you require a life jacket.
3.4 Please take off jewelries, caps, glasses and make sure that pockets are empty.
3.5 During swimming, don’t shout loudly, make quick sudden movements and hurt the dolphins.
3.6 Pay close attention to the trainer's instructions and the trainer's decision is final.
3.7 In the absence of trainer, it is forbidden to touch dolphins or make movements that might catch
their attention
3.8 While swimming, please hold on to the fins of the dolphin (front or back), arms should be straight and relaxed.
3.9 Don’t touch in the area of the eyes and blowhole of dolphins.
3.10 Filming of swimming is allowed only in the indicated place.
3.11 Approaching to the edge of the pool, sitting on the edge of the pool or placing objects on the edge of the
pool is strictly prohibited.
3.12 Please take care of your children, do not throw foreign objects into the pool and do not play with the
dolphinarium equipment.
3.13 Please keep an eye on your belongings, Dolphins Bay Phuket is not responsible for lost things.
3.14 A family photo with a dolphin on the stage will do before swimming with an extra ticket charge.
3.15 Swimmers/followers are not allowed to enter on the stages area without permission.
