For guests using our Transfer Service (operated by FantaSea), please be ready at the Main Lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Kindly present your Name and Reservation Code to our chauffeur before boarding. Please note that this is a shared service, and the vehicle will make additional stops to pick up other passengers along the route.
