Net Rates for Travel Agents — How Our Pricing Works
Net rates are the contracted prices an agency pays us — the agency adds its own margin when selling to the client. All Cyber Tour rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB), per person for tours and per vehicle for transfers, and shown live in the agent portal after login.
Rate tiers reward volume: agencies move to better tiers as bookings grow, and the tier applies automatically across the whole catalog. There are no hidden booking fees; national park fees and optional extras are listed under exclusions.
What determines your rate
- Your agency's rate tier (volume-based)
- Season and product (peak-season surcharges are shown on the product)
- Vehicle class for transfers; adult/child basis for tours
- Optional extras and park fees, always itemised
